📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement new business processes and systems using tools like Power BI, SQL Server, and Visio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes.
• Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure consistency and clarity.
• Conduct training sessions to educate employees on new processes and systems.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of new processes and systems to ensure they meet business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our processes.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure that new systems are implemented effectively and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Proficient in using business analysis tools such as Power BI, SQL Server, and Visio.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
