📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Supervise and coordinate fire protection system maintenance operations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead a team of technicians in performing routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire suppression systems.
• Utilize AutoCAD and FireCAD to interpret blueprints and schematics, identifying system components and their locations.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop maintenance schedules to prevent potential fire hazards.
• Ensure all work is documented accurately and submitted to the appropriate authorities for approval.
• Provide technical support and training to junior technicians to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and adherence to project timelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Safety Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire protection system maintenance and inspection.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and FireCAD for interpreting blueprints and schematics.
• Certification as a Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of fire protection codes, standards, and regulations, including NFPA 25 and NFPA 72.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
