As a picker, you’ll work closely with our team of content creators, designers, and host to ensure that our products are showcased in the best possible way, driving engagement and sales.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for selecting and presenting products during livestreams, working closely with our team to ensure that our audience gets the best shopping experience possible. You’ll need to be quick-thinking, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure. This is a part-time role, offering flexibility and the chance to be part of a growing team in a vibrant location.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Select and present products during livestream broadcasts, ensuring they are showcased in an appealing and engaging manner.
• Work closely with the livestream team to understand product requirements and ensure they are met during the broadcast.
• Assist in setting up and organizing product displays, ensuring they are ready for the livestream.
• Provide customer assistance during the livestream, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure that product presentations align with the overall livestream strategy.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in e-commerce and livestream shopping.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and solutions.
• Adhere to DMK’s policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and professional working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with others.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of livestream platforms and tools such as Zoom, Facebook Live, or Instagram Live is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move products of varying sizes and weights.
• Flexible availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
