📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of delivery personnel, ensuring they meet performance targets and adhere to company policies.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient delivery processes.
• Monitor and optimize delivery routes using GPS tracking and route optimization software.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of delivery personnel and customers.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the delivery team.
• Maintain accurate records of delivery activities, including schedules, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the delivery process, ensuring timely resolution.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or delivery management roles.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve operational goals.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software, including SAP, JDE, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and experience in operating delivery vehicles.
• Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in the logistics industry.
