📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the development and growth of local branches by identifying and implementing strategic initiatives.
• Assist in the planning and execution of community engagement activities and events.
• Coordinate with local teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including community leaders and partners.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials to promote our services and initiatives.
• Monitor and report on branch performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure our branches remain competitive and impactful.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in community development, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of community engagement and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
