📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and optimize programs to transform traditional cooperatives into modern, tech-driven financial ecosystems.
• Work closely with cooperative members, partners, and stakeholders to develop and deliver impactful programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cooperative management, program development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cooperative principles, financial inclusion, and digital transformation.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful programs in the cooperative sector.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with cooperative management software, such as Cooperative Management Information System (CMIS) or similar platforms.
