📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain accurate employee data in HRIS systems
- Process and calculate salaries, bonuses, and other compensation
- Generate and distribute payroll reports and statements
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Assist in payroll-related queries and resolve issues
- Prepare and process tax and social security contributions
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain and update payroll policies and procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll or HR data management
- Proficient in using SAP and Oracle payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
