• Manage and track borrower interactions using our in-house collection system and CRM.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with borrowers to ensure timely repayments and maintain strong relationships.
• Collaborate with field officers to resolve any issues promptly and ensure effective collection.
• Monitor and report on collection performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers, addressing their queries and concerns professionally.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in collection management.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of collection strategies.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures related to collection activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Proficient in using collection management software and CRM systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with borrowers.
