📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging math lessons tailored to the needs of students preparing for math competitions.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance students' problem-solving skills and mathematical reasoning.
• Create and grade assignments, quizzes, and exams to assess students' progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other educators to develop and deliver math workshops and enrichment programs.
• Provide one-on-one tutoring and mentoring to students who require additional support.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in math education and incorporate new strategies into your teaching.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to continuously improve your teaching skills.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to take risks and embrace challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching math to students preparing for competitions.
• Strong knowledge of math competition problems and strategies.
• Experience using educational software such as GeoGebra, Desmos, or similar tools.
• Ability to communicate complex math concepts clearly and effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Passion for inspiring and nurturing young minds.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
