📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Providing excellent customer service to bank customers
• Processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
• Assisting customers with account inquiries and other banking services
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer transactions
• Ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations
• Promoting the bank's products and services to customers
• Handling cash and securing the teller area
• Assisting in opening and closing the bank's cash drawer

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or banking
• Familiarity with banking procedures and regulations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Fluency in Indonesian language
• Willingness to work shifts including weekends and holidays
