📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical content, including manuals, guides, and tutorials.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure consistency, clarity, and correctness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of marketing materials and promotional content.,Provide feedback on user experience and usability of technical documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Experience with Markdown or other lightweight markup languages is a plus.
