📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Write clear, concise, and accurate documentation that is easy to understand,Collaborate with developers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure the accuracy of the documentation,Review and edit technical documents to ensure they meet quality standards,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide support to customers and users through documentation and troubleshooting,Participate in product development and improvement initiatives,Create and maintain user manuals, quick start guides, and other related materials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a related field,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar
