Astro Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Audit Team Leader to join our Warehouse team in Cileungsi, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of auditors to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our warehouse operations. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of auditors to conduct technical audits of warehouse operations.,Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of warehouse processes and procedures.,Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Maintain a safe and secure warehouse environment for all team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical auditing, warehouse management, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, processes, and procedures.,Proven track record of leading and managing a team of auditors.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different warehouse locations.
