📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, performance, and training to maintain high standards of service.,Monitor sales and inventory levels to optimize stock and maximize profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a positive reputation.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and new product development.,Work closely with the regional manager to achieve company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within the food service industry.,Proven ability to manage a team and drive sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Experience in a similar role at a kebab restaurant is a plus.
