📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage cash and inventory as required.,Assist with opening and closing procedures.,Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Flexible and adaptable to changing work conditions.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in the hospitality or retail industry is a plus.
