📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service by answering customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.,Maintain and update customer records and databases.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure customers receive the best possible service.,Identify customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.,Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve customer service.,Train and mentor junior customer service representatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.,Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
