📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.,Train and mentor junior accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
