PT Cipta Sakti is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Singkawang. This is an immediate position, so we need someone who can start right away. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and cash handling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by greeting customers, providing product information, and processing transactions.,Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and courteously.,Maintain a clean and organized sales area, including restocking products and organizing displays.,Assist in inventory management by counting stock and reporting any discrepancies.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.,Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers leave satisfied and willing to return.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or cashier roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
