📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to customers.,Increase sales by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate products and services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information in the store.,Assist in stock management and ensure that the store is well-stocked.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Provide training and support to new employees.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the store manager.,Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
