📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Develop and implement cost control strategies to minimize inventory costs.
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to source and manage inventory.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on inventory costs and performance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
  • Provide guidance and support to retail staff on inventory control practices.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement in inventory management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail inventory management or cost control.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory management software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian retail market is an advantage.
