📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess patient needs and develop care plans to promote optimal health and well-being.,Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by healthcare providers.,Monitor patients' vital signs and health status, and report any changes to healthcare providers.,Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Perform other duties as assigned by the pharmacy manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience in working with diverse populations is a plus.
