Sumber Gilang Fried Chicken is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our kitchen equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment and facilities.,Ensure all equipment is clean, safe, and in good working condition.,Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly.,Monitor energy and water usage to ensure efficiency.,Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment and facilities.,Maintain and update maintenance records and schedules.,Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment as needed.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to address any maintenance issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field.,Knowledge of kitchen equipment and facilities.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic electrical and mechanical skills.Familiarity with maintenance software and tools.Experience with HVAC systems is a plus.Ability to lift and move heavy objects.Attention to detail and precision.Time management and organizational skills.
