Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the smooth operation of the business.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.,Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills.,Monitor and evaluate team performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all business objectives are met.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the workplace is safe for all team members.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in team leadership roles.,Proven track record of success in managing and developing teams.,Strong understanding of the industry and the ability to apply best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to travel as required.
