📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement lesson plans and teaching strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.,Lead and mentor teaching staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of teaching.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers to improve instructional methods.,Organize and facilitate workshops and training sessions for teachers to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other department heads to ensure the smooth operation of the school.,Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and growth.,Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices to continuously improve teaching methods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a similar capacity.,Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms.,Experience in leading and mentoring teaching staff.,Fluency in both written and spoken English.
