🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
