📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the inventory system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Lead and coordinate the inventory team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.,Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.,Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for restocking as needed.,Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management best practices.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless inventory operations.,Generate and analyze inventory reports to provide insights for decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Proven track record of leading and managing inventory teams.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
