📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits.,Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Identify and recommend corrective actions to address audit findings.,Conduct risk assessments and develop audit strategies to mitigate risks.,Provide leadership and guidance to the internal audit team.,Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for audits.,Prepare and present audit reports to senior management.,Stay updated with industry best practices and audit standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, CISA).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a corporate or financial environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and auditing standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using audit software and data analysis tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
