As a Lead Crew Outlet, you will be responsible for managing and supervising our outlet crew, ensuring that our outlets are well-stocked, organized, and meet customer satisfaction standards. You will also be responsible for training and developing our crew members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.

Manage and supervise the outlet crew, ensuring that they are performing their jobs effectively and efficiently.,Ensure that our outlets are well-stocked, organized, and meet customer satisfaction standards.,Train and develop our crew members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of our crew members, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensure that our outlets are following all company policies and procedures, and that our crew members are adhering to these policies and procedures.,Responsible for the safety and security of our outlets and our crew members.,Work closely with the store manager to ensure that our outlets are meeting sales and profitability targets.,Responsible for the inventory management of our outlets, ensuring that we are not overstocked or understocked.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Proven track record of managing and supervising a team of employees.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and stock control systems.,Ability to use a computer and other office equipment proficiently.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
