📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain data models and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Write and maintain technical documentation for data processes and analyses.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
• Support the team in developing and implementing data quality and governance frameworks.
• Assist in the development of data-driven strategies and recommendations for clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with real estate market trends and data in the APAC region is a plus.
