📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to recruitment team members.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with local job market and industry trends.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) and ability to work in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan.
