📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various roles within the company.
  • Conducting initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Managing the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with interview panels, and providing feedback to candidates.
  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Providing recruitment and hiring support to other departments as needed.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
