📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist tellers in handling customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and balance inquiries.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of transaction records.,Provide excellent customer service by being polite, patient, and professional.,Assist in the management of cash and other banking supplies.,Follow all banking regulations and procedures.,Assist in the resolution of customer complaints and issues.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role (preferred but not required).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of banking operations and procedures.,Familiarity with computer systems and software used in banking.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Must be fluent in Indonesian.
