📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
  • Train and develop restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and product quality.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the development of restaurant policies and procedures.
  • Promote and uphold the company's values and standards of conduct.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar business.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus.
