📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.,Prepare and stock ingredients and supplies as needed.,Assist in the preparation of food for events and special occasions.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in training new staff members.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in the preparation of food for catering services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to follow health and safety regulations.,Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.
