Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize airfreight operations, including capacity planning, scheduling, and route optimization.
• Collaborate with international air carriers, shippers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth cargo operations.
• Leverage IATA’s CargoXML and CargoWise for real-time cargo tracking and reporting.
• Resolve complex logistics challenges and ensure compliance with international airfreight regulations.
• Analyze market trends and develop strategies to enhance cargo efficiency and profitability.
• Provide exceptional customer service to shippers and consignees, ensuring timely and secure cargo delivery.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of airfreight processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in airfreight logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in airfreight operations or a similar role.
• Proven experience with IATA’s CargoXML and CargoWise.
• Strong knowledge of international airfreight regulations and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with global trade dynamics and market trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
