In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks, including conducting prenatal and postnatal check-ups, assisting in deliveries, providing family planning services, and offering health education to our community. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct prenatal and postnatal check-ups for expectant mothers and new mothers.
- Assist in deliveries and provide postpartum care.
- Provide family planning services and educate patients on reproductive health.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Perform newborn examinations and provide immediate care.
- Offer health education and counseling to patients and their families.
- Participate in community health programs and initiatives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Midwife (Bidan).
- Certification from a recognized midwifery school or institution.
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic medical procedures and equipment.
- Valid medical license and insurance.
