📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily food production and ensuring the quality and safety of our dishes,Managing a team of line cooks and ensuring they are trained and motivated,Ensuring that all food is prepared according to our recipes and standards,Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen,Ensuring that all food safety regulations are followed,Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed,Ensuring that all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer demands,Ensuring that all food is presented in an attractive and appetizing manner

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role,Experience in a high-volume restaurant or food service environment,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations,Ability to manage and motivate a team of line cooks,Strong organizational and time management skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
